Mr. Aditya Patil is an analytical finance professional, with hands-on experience in RERA, business and share valuation, and due diligence. He has handled RERA project registrations, certification, audits and cases of adjudications. Also, carried out share valuation for NBFC’s, public and private companies under Companies Act, FEMA and Income Tax Act under various situations. His other area includes consultancy, representing before the quasi-judicial body, and certification in implementation and improvements in the accounting system, internal control systems, and system audit. The breadth and depth of these activities, as well as the industry it operates in, imposes significant complexity on the regulatory management.
